User Service Agreement
Special Notes:
Before using the services provided by 3Vjia, please carefully read and fully understand the terms and conditions of this Agreement, especially those marked in bold, including but not limited to waivers or limitations. If you do not agree to this Agreement and/or any modifications made at any time, you may voluntarily stop using the services provided by 3Vjia. Once you use the services provided by 3Vjia, you will be deemed to have understood and fully agreed to all the contents of this Agreement, including any modifications that 3Vjia may make to this Agreement from time to time, and become our user.
1. Service scope and agreement
A. 3Vjia (Guangdong 3Vjia Information Technology Co., Ltd.) is the platform owner, service provider, and operator of AiHouse US. "AiHouse Platform" refers to the client of the website (AiHouse US.com), mobile phones, computers and other devices; "User" refers to a natural person, legal person or other organization (hereinafter collectively referred to as "you") with full capacity for civil conduct and full civil liability, who understands and accepts all the terms of this Agreement, completes the registration process on the AiHouse US platform or uses 3Vjia services.
B. When you use 3Vjia for a specific service, that service may have separate agreements, related business rules, etc. The above content will be released and displayed in the form of website announcements, notices, electronic documents, website letters, help center files, etc. Once officially released, this Agreement will be deemed an integral part of this Agreement and you shall comply with this Agreement. Your acceptance of any of the above separate agreements and business rules shall be deemed to be your full acceptance of this Agreement.
C. After you sign this Agreement, the content of this Agreement may be modified due to changes in national policies, products, and the implementation environment. The revised agreement will be posted on this website. If you have any objection to the modified agreement, please stop logging in or using 3Vjia services immediately; Logging in to or continuing to use the 3Vjia Services will be deemed to be acceptance of the modified Agreement.
2. User registration and real-name authentication
A. In order to use the AiHouse US platform services, you should register for an AiHouse US account with your email address as required by 3Vjia. You can log in to the AiHouse US platform through your AiHouse US user account or third-party website account (Facebook, Google, etc.). You can also log in as an anonymous user and enjoy features or services such as browsing and information access. In all cases, you shall comply with the terms and conditions of the Platform Agreement and the Business Rules
B. You should comply with relevant laws and regulations on real-name authentication. For the activation of certain 3Vjia services, you may need to provide further identity information, business qualifications, and information to complete identity verification or qualification verification. You can order and use the Services only after completing the appropriate identity verification and eligibility verification. You understand and agree that 3Vjia has the right to review whether the real-name authentication information you provide is true, accurate, and valid on its own or by entrusting a third party.
3. Account security and account cancellation
A. After successful registration, 3Vjia will provide each user with an account and password set by the user. You are responsible for maintaining this user account and password and are legally responsible for all activities and events performed by this user account.
B. You should keep your account information safe, including account numbers, passwords, verification codes, and other information. User accounts are limited to registered users and are not allowed to be transferred, traded, gifted, rented, or borrowed. If the user is not the initial registrant of the account, 3Vjia has the right to restore the account without notice and is not legally liable to the user of the account. Any losses arising therefrom, including but not limited to interruptions in user communication, user data, content, services, virtual currency, and other clearance losses, shall be borne by the user.
C. You understand and agree that 3Vjia assumes no responsibility or liability for the flow situation: (1) If you do not log in to the AiHouse US platform website for 12 consecutive months and your account is not in arrears, you have not activated 3Vjia-related services or the service has not been renewed, and your account has no balance. (2) You violate laws and regulations, this Agreement, or 3Vjia's management regulations. or (3) 3Vjia has the right to cancel your account and terminate the service as required by relevant laws and regulations, and you will not be able to log in to the AiHouse US platform website or use the service.
D. You also have the right to terminate your user account. When you decide not to use a user account, you should first confirm that there are no unexpired tasks under your user account. At the same time, you shall apply to 3Vjia to log out of your user account after paying all accounts payable (including but not limited to principal, interest, liquidated damages, service fees, etc.), and after 3Vjia's approval, your user account will be officially logged out.
4. Service fees and other expenses
A. Some services provided by 3Vjia will be subject to a certain service fee, please refer to the service marketplace and the service agreement signed by both parties for details. 3Vjia may modify and change the charging standards and charging methods according to actual needs. Before the above modifications, changes, or fees begin, 3Vjia will agree separately or in the form of an agreement on the Service Market.
B. Expenses incurred by the parties in connection with the performance of this Agreement, including but not limited to bank service fees or other fees related to payment, shall be borne by each party. For specific charging standards, please refer to the relevant pages, tips and charging standards of third-party websites.
C. If you violate the AiHouse US platform agreement or the fee payment agreement agreed by both parties in writing, you shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and obligations in accordance with the relevant policies and regulations of the AiHouse US platform or the agreement between the two parties. If you delay in fulfilling your payment obligations, you shall pay 3Vjia 0.5% of the outstanding amount due as liquidated damages for each day overdue. 3Vjia has the right not to provide related cloud services and shall not be liable until you fully fulfill the corresponding payment obligations.
5. Obligations and guarantees to comply with the law
A. When using 3Vjia services, you must comply with relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, such as the Cybersecurity Law and the Regulations on the Administration of Internet News and Information Services. You shall agree that you will not use the Services for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:
1. Upload, display, disseminate, or otherwise transmit information containing one of the following information:
(1)opposing the basic principles stipulated in the Constitution;
(2)Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
(3)Damaging national honor and interests;
(4)Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, or undermining national unity;
(5)undermining the state's religious policy and promoting cults and feudal superstitions;
(6)Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, and undermining social stability;
(7)transmitting obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crime;
(8)Insulting or slandering others, infringing on the legitimate rights and interests of others;
(9)Contains false, harmful, threatening, invasive of another's privacy, harassment, infringement, defamation, vulgarity, obscenity, or other morally objectionable content;
(10)Contains any content that is illegal, prohibited, or restricted by any Chinese law, rule, regulation, or rule;
2. You must not use the AiHouse US platform website or any of its services for any illegal or improper purposes, including but not limited to the following:

(5)Other acts that harm the security of the computer information network.
B. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 3Vjia from any claims, demands, or losses made by any third party as a result of your breach of this Agreement or the relevant User Service Agreement, including reasonable attorneys' fees. In this regard, depending on the nature of the user's behavior, 3Vjia has the right to take measures, including but not limited to deleting information released by users, suspending licenses, terminating services, restricting use, reinstating user accounts, and pursuing legal liability. 3Vjia has the right to reclaim user accounts for users who maliciously register user accounts or use user accounts for illegal activities, interference, harassment, deception, other users, and other violations of this agreement.
C. You shall be legally responsible for your use of 3Vjia services. The form in which the user assumes legal liability includes, but is not limited to: compensation to the infringed party; After 3Vjia assumes liability for administrative penalties or tort damages caused by the user's actions, the user shall compensate 3Vjia in the same amount.
6. Service provision, suspension and termination

(2)3Vjia in the process of network adjustments and maintenance may need to interrupt services, or you may not be able to use 3Vjia services temporarily due to internet access blocking;
(3)3Vjia's daily maintenance, including but not limited to fault handling, system upgrades, system optimizations, system capacity expansion packages, etc., may cause 3Vjia services to be unavailable and your content to be unavailable;
(4)Unauthorized access to the computer information network or use of computer information network resources;
(5)Due to changes in country or operator policies, 3Vjia may not continue to provide services to you.
(6)Other circumstances that are not the fault of 3Vjia and cannot be controlled or reasonably foreseen by 3Vjia, but 3Vjia will notify you in advance as much as possible, so that you can do relevant data migration and backup, business adjustments, etc., to protect your legitimate rights and interests. If the change, interruption, or termination of the Internet Service is a free Internet Service, the 3Vjia Service does not need to notify the User and does not assume any liability to any User or any third party.
B。If this Agreement or the Service is terminated for any reason (including but not limited to force majeure, user arrears, user violations, etc.), 3Vjia will retain all data in your 3Vjia account or any information stored on 3Vjia's servers as a result of the use of 3Vjia services for 60 days. You should complete all data migration and backups in a timely manner. After the booking period expires, 3Vjia will terminate the service and the service system will automatically delete all your dates.
C。You understand and agree that the suspension, interruption, or termination of the User Services and/or User Account does not constitute an end-of-life termination of the User's liability. The user shall still be liable for any breach of contract or damages caused by the user's actions in the course of using 3Vjia's services, and 3Vjia may still retain information related to the user.
7. Disclaimer
A. 3Vjia reserves the right to change, upgrade, modify, and migrate the AiHouse US Platform and its related features and application software at its sole discretion. 3Vjia further reserves the right to develop new modules, features, software, and services on the AiHouse US platform. Unless otherwise specified by 3Vjia, the provision of all new modules, features, software, and services described above shall remain subject to this Agreement.
B. You agree that in the absence of gross negligence or malice, 3Vjia shall not be liable for any delays, inaccuracies, errors, breakpoints, omissions, and damages resulting from data transmission by you or any third party when using the AiHouse US platform services.
C. In any case, third parties should be responsible for providing related services during the use of the AiHouse US platform services, and 3Vjia shall not bear any responsibility for this.
D. 3Vjia does not provide any express or implied warranties or conditions for any user and/or any transaction. 3Vjia cannot and does not attempt to control the information posted by users. 3Vjia does not provide any form of authentication and identification services for such information. 3Vjia cannot fully guarantee the authenticity, adequacy, reliability, accuracy, completeness, and validity of the Platform Content and does not assume any legal liability arising therefrom. Before making trading decisions, users should fully understand the relevant transactions, make prudent decisions based on trading objectives, risk tolerance, and asset conditions, and bear all risks at their own risk.
E. Except as otherwise mandatory by law, all liability of 3Vjia to you under this Agreement and related agreements shall be limited to direct actual losses proven by clear evidence. All damages and liquidated damages based on this Agreement and related agreements shall not exceed the cumulative total amount of 3Vjia's products or services paid for that caused your losses, and 3Vjia may provide equivalent services as compensation. If the service period exceeds 12 months, the maximum amount shall not exceed the amount of 3Vjia services that caused your loss, and part of the service fee has been paid to 3Vjia for that year, and 3Vjia can provide equivalent services as compensation. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, special or consequential damages (including loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of date of use or other loss of economic benefits) arising out of or arising out of this Agreement.
8. Privacy policy
3Vjia will take reasonable and appropriate security measures to help you protect your personal information and related content from accidental or unlawful loss, access, or disclosure. Therefore, 3Vjia has specially formulated a privacy policy as an integral part of this Agreement and has the same legal effect as this Agreement. Please read and understand the relevant provisions of the privacy policy carefully. If there is a discrepancy between the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, or if there is no explicit agreement, the content of the Privacy Policy shall prevail.
9. Intellectual property rights
A. All content on the AiHouse US platform, including but not limited to works, images, information, data, platform image arrangements, and web designs, is legally owned by 3Vjia or other rights holders, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, and content on the AiHouse US platform without the written authorization of 3Vjia or other rights holders.
B. You may not copy, reproduce, forge, sell, resell, access the 3Vjia website or any part thereof, or use it for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of 3Vjia.
C. Any software used to provide network services on the AiHouse US platform, including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, videos, recordings, music, text, and additional programs, and support data, is the intellectual property of the software copyright owner. Without the express written permission of the software copyright owner, the user shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software, or discover its original source code in any other manner. The user shall not engage in any act that may infringe the copyright of the software.
D. The AiHouse US platform logo, text, graphics such as "3Vjia", "AiHouse US", "AiHouse US.com" and their combinations, as well as other logos, symbols, product and service names of the AiHouse US platform are trademarks of the company in China or other countries. No one may display, use or otherwise process in any way or indicate to others that you have the right to display, use or otherwise process without written authorization.
E. If you post any content on the AiHouse US platform, you agree to grant a free, irrevocable, perpetual, sublicensable, or transferable, non-exclusive license worldwide to any form of content you post on the website. Under these licenses, 3Vjia has the right to display, promote, and use the above content and works in other channels not prohibited by Chinese law; At the same time, 3Vjia has the right to add relevant watermarks or 3Vjia's marks to the content and works. Of course, this doesn't mean you relinquish ownership of the content; You only need to give the platform and other users permission to use the content.
F。When using content uploaded by other users, you should note that your license to content uploaded by other users is limited to personal and non-commercial purposes. For example, using models uploaded to the model library by other users for interior decoration design and generating design proposals. You may not copy, reproduce, or otherwise use such User Content without the authorization of 3Vjia and the original author. Otherwise, you need to bear the corresponding tort liability.
10. Dispute resolution and application of law
A. The formation, validity, interpretation, performance and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed solely by the laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
B. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiations between the parties. If the negotiations fail, the parties agree to submit the disputes to the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre for resolution.
This Agreement is effective as of January 2, 2019.
